STP – MBBR (Moving Bed Bio Reactor)
Moving bed Bioreactor (MBBR) an economically solution is offered for wastewater treatment if the “bulk” of the pollution load must be disposed of (as means of cost reduction) or if applicable discharge regulations are not as strict.
With this application we offer advanced wastewater treatment solutions for the industrial and municipal markets. These solutions significantly increase the capacity and efficiency of existing wastewater treatment plants, while minimizing the size of new plant deployments.

MBR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) is a process that combines a membrane ultra / micro filtration process and activated sludge process. (The MBR process is used in place of the secondary sedimentation tank and sand filter used for tertiary treatment in the conventional activated sludge process) such as space saving, easy operation and high quality treated water which is reusable. NBF (NEO BIOFILM) STP
It is a compact FRP tank which can be used in decentralised manner anywhere for aerobic treatment of Sewage water and ideal for medium to large residential complex and commercial complex. STP- WSB (WETLAND SYSTEM BASED)
A constructed wetland is an organic wastewater treatment system that mimics and improves the effectiveness of the processes that help to purify water similar to naturally occurring wetlands. The system uses water, aquatic plants (i.e.: reeds, duckweed), naturally occurring microorganisms and a filter bed (usually of sand, soils and/or gravel). Constructed wetlands can be used for either secondary or tertiary.

Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)
Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) is an advanced technology that uses a fill and draws activated sludge system for wastewater treatment. It is best for treating both industrial and municipal wastes. The main difference between SBR technology and other STP technologies is that SBR uses a single batch reactor/single tank to process the equalization, aeration, and clarification compared to other technologies that use different batch reactors for various processes.
Submerged Aerated fixed film (SAFF)
Submerged Aerated Fixed Films (SAFF) technology is a process used to reduce the organic loading of residential and commercial sewage / waste water, and in doing so will reduce the Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) and a significant quantity of Suspended Solids (SS) which if otherwise untreated would contaminate river and sea outfalls, in other words it is used to substantially improve effluent discharge quality.
STP – E.A. (Extended Aeration)
The Extended Aeration (EA) system is one of common Biological system used to treat domestic wastewater due to its functionality and simplicity.
The treatment plant provides the proper environment, sufficient oxygen and other elements which allow the bacteria to consume the organic matter and to live and multiply within the treatment plant. In this way the aerobic bacteria and microbes decompose the sewage and waste to a stable form – odour and nuisance free.
